Lots of Components for various purposes

Easy to use bascially because of tutorials available on the internet

Bad:
Bigger Learning Curve - Wordpress is simpler
Not SEO friendly out of the box
Javascript and CSS can get bulky
Too heavy for hosting
Slower loading
Changing Layout difficult
Good Plugins cost money
Could require professinal help for some changes
